​✓ You access the Hinterview link by copying the link sent from your recruiter and copy and paste it into the search bar in Safari.  
​✓ Ensure all other apps are closed.  
​✓ Make sure you’re not on the phone with your recruiter when setting up the session. ✓ If you have weak Wi-Fi it may be worth switching to 4G.  

If you’re using an android or any other phone, please ensure:  
​✓ You access the Hinterview through Google Chrome.

​If you’re using a desktop or laptop, please ensure:  
​✓ Access the link through Google Chrome, Firefox, Safari or Microsoft Edge
​✓  Ensure all other apps that could be trying to access your camera or mic are closed.
​✓ Make sure you have a working camera and mic – you can do a test on google to check both of theses. Just type in free mic test and webcam test
