Finding the Hinterview:
When looking for a video, the first question you will need to ask is if the candidate had a candidate page before the Hinterview was conducted.
If the candidate had a candidate page before, the Hinterview should be under their name as long as the candidate inserted the same email as you have for them on the system. If they have not inserted the same email you will need to ask the candidate what they inserted in the name section when connecting to the Hinterview session.
If the candidate doesn't have a page already, then Hinterview will create a page for them using the name and email that the candidate inserted when joining the Hinterview.
Accessing the Hinterview:
Sometimes videos can take a little while to process, you won't be able to play back the video until this is complete.
If the video has processed, navigate to the Candidate's profile in Hinterview and check that the video is listed. Make sure that you are clicking on the name of the video to open it.
Check that the video was recorded correctly. The Hinterview will not be recorded unless you manually press the 'Start Recording' button.
