If you have recently discovered that you are not receiving any analytical emails, firstly double check if you are not receiving just analytical emails or all types of emails from Hinterview.
Solution
The first thing to check is your Junk/Spam folder. It's common for email providers to pick up emails from platforms like Hinterview as spam. If this is where your messages are going, make sure to set a rule to allow emails from Hinterview. If you are still struggling to find any emails go in to your email search bar, set the search to all inboxes and search for a specific term such as 'opened' or 'viewed'.
If you still can't find any Hinterview emails, contact one of your admins to check if you haven't been added to unsubscribers list.
Check your email address is correct on our system. Make sure it doesn't have any spelling mistakes and the right suffix .com / .co.uk / .org (if you're a hiring manager, you'll have to get your recruiter to do this).
If your company has a particularly high filter on their firewall it could be preventing emails getting through. Check with your IT department or try a web mail service like Gmail.
If you're still not receiving emails then it could be that your address has been put on the bounce list in Sendgrid (our end). Message one of the team through Intercom and ask for help.
