When using the Campaigns feature, your emails will be, as default, sent from a '[email protected]' email, with replies still going to your inbox.
If you wish to enable Domain Authentication to allow the emails to come from your individual email address you will need to follow these steps.
Contact support or a CSM to request this to be enabled
When you receive the email with Authentication details from SendGrid please follow the instructions on the email.
How that works is you update your domain (eg hinterview.com) DNS settings (which is basically your phone book record on the internet) to say that you give our email provider permission to send emails on your behalf. That way when one of your candidates receives an email, their email provider will be able to check that we have permission to send on your behalf and will not block the email as spam.
