Becoming a Goal-getter
How does it work?
The Goals feature allows you to set individual and team targets. These metrics are always present on your Hinterview homepage and also sent to you weekly as updates to your inbox. Coupled with our Headline stats, the homepage is now an immersive area to see how you're getting on!
What do the weekly updates include? Are they emails?
Yes, they are emails! The activity from the previous week is sent to you via email every Monday. if you're an Admin, you will also receive an e-mail containing your team's goals.
What should my Goals be?
It's a great question! We set you up with some default Goals that our most successful users have set to get the outcomes they are looking for. Just turn them on and you're good to go!
However, our best advice is to start to customise these depending on the outcomes you're looking for....

The best way to manage Goals is to keep them fresh; update them for new incentives, team-wide drives and new business demands.

If you're an Admin you can set up Goals -but don't worry if you're not, just contact your platform Admin, CSM or the Hinterview support team.
As a Admin, to set up the Goals feature: you can visit the Company Settings at the bottom left of your Hinterview menu, click on the Goals Icon on the quick menu or if you are setting up for the first time, you will see the "Setup Teams Goals " button on your homepage.
Once inside your Goals function, select the recruiters you wish to set Goals for, add a number and after 1 second your Goal will automatically go live. If you just want to turn it one, simply toggle the Goal to green.
The recruiter will then find their new Goals on their Hinterview home page!
Once set up, your team's Goals will also appear on your Hinterview's home page, just below your video stats. Here you can filter to select which recruiters to see, edit your Goals, as well as downloading a CSV report.

FAQs
What does each colour mean exactly?
These will indicate how close to the Goal the recruiter is:
🟩 (green) over 2/3 complete
🟧 (orange) between 1/3 and 2/3 complete
🟥 (red) is up to 1/3 complete
Why Can't I find the Goals settings?
An Admin of the platform can only set Goals. Once these have been set, the Recruiter will then be able to track their goals stats via the Hinterview home page. If you are an Admin and still cannot find your Goals settings, please contact your CSM or message us via our web chat at the bottom-right corner.
Is it possible to change all my team's Goals at once?
Indeed it is, by clicking the first selection box at the top-left corner of your goals menu.
When will I get my email?
Your digest e-mail will be sent every Monday morning. Admins will get 2 e-mails, one containing their personal goals and a second containing their team's.
What time frame does Goals cover?
Goals run every week from Sunday to Saturday. This is to make sure we can cover the entire working week for all our clients in different time zones.
Can I set new Goals that are not on the list?
We currently offer the 4 goals visible. These have been decided based on the highest usage features in the platform. However, if there is a feature or Goal you would like to see in the future, please drop us your valued feedback here!
