Watermark is the logo/Image which can be used to promote your business. It will appear on your recorded and uploaded videos. This is set up by your platform's Admin user. If you admin user does not have access to the Watermark section, you will need to speak to your CSM about turning it on!

Guidelines for watermark logos

When uploading a logo to be used as a watermark over your video, please follow these guidelines:

  • File type: You can use JPEG, JFIF or PNG format for your logo. We recommend using a PNG file, as this format can have a transparent background and won’t obscure any part of the video.

  • File size: There is no specific size requirement for your logo, as it will be scaled down to one-fifth of the video’s size. However, we recommend that you upload a high-resolution image for the best results. Please use the preview to check once you have uploaded your logo.

  • Resolution: We recommend using a resolution of 72 DPI (dots per inch).

1 - To find the Watermark feature, an Admin must go to "Company Settings" in the bottom left. Once inside company settings, it is possible to find the Watermark feature. Click on it to open its menu.
