How to - Create a Client

Guide showing how to add a new client or company to the portal

Creating a Client is the first step to follow in the Portal. Since creating a client leads on to creating a manager and then a position, starting with this step is the most organized way to understand how the Portal works.

​1 - The first step is to locate the Portal function in the left side menu. Clicking it will drop down a menu. In this menu click "Client"

2 - After clicking Client, the below page will appear. This is where you can find all your clients. To create or add a new one, click "New Client" at the top right corner.

3 - In the following menu add a logo by clicking on the "Client Logo" space line and then add a name for the business/client just below. Once done, press Save.


​4 - Once the previous step is done, the new window below will appear. This is prompted so it enables the creation of a Manager.

The next step is the creation of a Manager, who is the person responsible for a role at the Client or Business previously created.
