Differently then Candidate questions, the campaigns feature facilitates the user to send Questions to a wider audience of people. This feature serves the purpose of mass mailing without having to manually type a Question for each individual.
1 - The Questions campaign can be located under the Campaigns tab. Once inside, click "New Candidate Question Campaign" to start creating one.
2 - On the new window, start by adding a name to the campaign and subject for the email, as campaigns are sent as an email. Once done click Save.
3 - In the audience section it is possible to add a list of users from Hinterview, from a previously saved list or from a CSV Excel File.

4 - Once an audience has been added, then next step will be to create the email template and add the Questions to be sent. As seen below,
The first box, above the questions is the Greetings box, where you can add an initial intro to the email and your relevant message. Then, the middle box is where Questions can be created by typing in and clicking "Add Question". The last box, at the bottom is the sign-off section.
On the right, notice the "Preview" section. Any changes made will update into this section, so you can see how the email looks like before sending.
Please Note: In the greetings and sign-off boxes there is a code in front or below the first piece of text. This code pulls in information from the audiences uploaded to type in their Names. Altering this code might affect the way Hinterview pulls in their names into the email.
5 - Once done, scroll down to the bottom. It is possible to send a test campaign to yourself or directly to the uploaded audience. Simply click on the desired option.
Note that, when sending a test to yourself, the code will not pull in your name, it will pull your email address. This is because you are not added to the audience list, therefore not having a name for the code to pull.
