There are times that you want to share your candidate Hinterview quickly and easily, while still having extra security measures in place.
The Hinterview Passcode link allows a publicly accessible link which requires only a 4-digit passcode to unlock it. No view limit. No login.
1 - To generate a link with a passcode, simply click on the share button of the sharing profile, then select the link icon in the option "Share With Passcode".
To change the password, simply use the space "Passcode" provided to change it. The link can also be deactivated by clicking on the "Active" button.
2 - Once the link has been shared with a passcode, to be accessed it will require the created passcode to be entered in order to allow the user in.
3 - When the link is deactivated, as shown above, it will then show the following page.
