To share a Hinterview using a link it is first necessary to create a Sharing Profile. Hinterviews will be stored under a candidate in the Candidate Page. This ensures a Hinterview is shared alongside a number of other features, such as the candidate's details and documents. Bear in mind that it is also possible to share the Hinterview via a sharing profile, without including any documents.
1 - As previously mentioned, Hinterviews will be stored against a candidate in the candidate's page. To find them, it is first needed to locate where the candidate is, or simply selecting the Hinterview from the Hinterview tab.
2 - After locating the candidate page, it is possible to see the Hinterviews which have been recorded under the menu "Hinterviews". To share a Hinterview link, first use "Create New Profile" and select the desired video Hinterview to be added.

3 - It is also possible to create a new profile by entering the desired Hinterview and clicking "Share" from the top right corner. This will open the profile creation menu.
4 - Once the profile has been created, clicking the "Share button" will show two ways to generate a link. One is a simple link which can be accessed by anyone for as many times set in the view limit. The other way, is to generate a link with a password.
5 - When clicking the preferred option, the button will become grey. This means the link is now copied into the clipboard and is ready to be pasted.
