The viewing limit is set to limit how many times a sharing profile can be viewed. This is to ensure a sharing link becomes inactive once it has exhausted the specified number of views.
1 - Go to Candidates and select the candidate from the list.
2 - Choose which sharing profile, then click on "Share". A sharing options tab will come up on the right side.
3 - To setup a viewing limit add a number to "View Limit".
Please Note: Viewing limit does not work in conjunction with "Share with Passcode". This option does not have a viewing limit, since it has a password which can be changed anytime.
