Creating a Hinterview campaign is a great way for sending multiple candidates out to different hiring managers, quickly and efficiently.
1 - To create a Hinterview Campaign, simply select the option from the Campaigns menu. In the following page, select "Create Hinterview Campaign".
2 - Add a name and s subject line below and click save.
3 - Add an audience. This can be the contacts already added to Hinterview or from a CSV File or a previous saved list.

4 - Once an audience has been added, an email template and preview will appear below. The top box will be the initial greetings and opening sentence. Just below, the button to add candidate profiles with the videos and a last box to add a sign-off.
Please Note: There is an already created code, which automatically populates each recipient's name after the initial greeting. Changing this code will not pull the audience list names.
5 - When cliccking "add candidates", a list will show all the available candidates to the user creating the campaign. Clicking a candidate will show their available videos.
6 - To select a video, click the + button to add or create a new profile by clicking "Create New Profile"
7 - After selecting the desired Hinterview, the preview window (on the right) will show how it looks.
8 - Once the above is done. Scroll down to the bottom of the page to locate the send button. It is also possible to send a test, which will send a test campaign to the user's email.
Note that, because the test is sent to the user and not to an audience it will not populate the user's name, but their email in the greetings and sign-off sections.
