To send a Hinterivew it is first needed to create a candidate profile, under the Candidates page. This will allow the recruiter to share a link with a candidate profile, including the already recorded Hinterview.
1 - To create a profile, go to Candidates, select the candidate from whom the Hinterview will be shared from. Click "Create New Profile".
2 - The Profile creation menu will appear. Insert their details as needed, add a video and click continue.
2.1 - When clicking "add video" a window will appear, showing all the videos, recorded against the candidate. Tick the box to select and click "add to profile".
3 - Following from the videos, tick and fill-in the details as needed.
4 - Before finishing the profile creation, check for any documents to send alongside and press Save at the bottom of the page.
7 - Once the profile as been Saved, the following side menu shows, allowing different sharing options. Note, that it is also possible to assign this profile to an already created position in the portal.
