Please note: You need to have Outlook Integration already setup. If you don't already have it setup, please follow this link.
If you have your Outlook integrated with Hinterview Switched on, it gives you the ability to add a signature which will automatically show at the bottom of any email you send from within Hinterview.
It ensures that contact details for recruiters are easily accessible to candidates, hiring managers and prospects recruiters are getting in touch with.
1- To setup a signature go to Settings, select Email Signature from options provided. Copy your email signature from Outlook Online into the text box provided. Once finished press Save.
2 - To copy a signature, simply select it and copy using ctrl+v then paste back into the text box provided in the Hinterview Email Signature settings.
Please note: To copy an email signature, it is necessary to log into Outlook. There are other ways to sign-in online besides Outlook.com, as long as it is Outlook online there should be no issues copying a signature.
3 - Once pasted and saved, the signature will now populate automatically in email communications from the Hinterview platform. For example, when using Share via Email from a Hintro sharing options. It is also possible to delete your signature from the email text box.
