The business card is where the sender's details will be. The information inside business cards will be the details which have been added to the Company Settings and Personal Settings.
Note that, access to company settings can only be done by an Admin of the platform for your company. However, this will not impact your ability to change and show your personal settings.
1 - The first step is to got to "Settings" on the right hand-side menu bar or by clicking on your picture at the top right corner. Once inside settings, check for "Business Cards" section and fill the form. Once done, scroll to the bottom of the page and press SAVE.
2 - The below shows how a Business card appears to others seeing your Hintro.
Note that there were details which were not in the previous slide. These include a landline or other phone number, a company website and a company logo. These can only be added and edited by an Admin.
3 - An Admin of the platform will be able to see the "Company Settings" (1). Accessing "Company Details" (2) allows the Admin to add a logo to the platform, which also shows in the business card.
Note that there is also a place to insert other details including the phone number and website, which will show on the Recruiters business cards.
