Actions carried out in Bullhorn are tracked in the notes section. Below is a list of all the Hinterview notes you can find in Bullhorn:
Hintro Recorded - after hintro is recorded and submitted
Questions Campaign Sent - after the questions (candidates) campaign is sent
Hintro Campaign Sent - after the hintro campaign is sent
Hinterview Complete - after hinterview is recorded
Position Status Changed - after manager changes status of a candidate profile position
Hinterview Question Answered - after answer is recorded and submitted
Hinterview Campaign Sent - after a hinterview (managers) campaign is sent

Actions made from Hinterview will be logged and are accessible by clicking on the blue text in the Comments section. For example, when a Hinterview is recorded the following text shows: "Hinterview with candidate name complete."
In this case, clicking the blue text "Hinterview" will take the user to the recorded Hinterview.
