The following article demonstrates how to use Hinterview inside Bullhorn to record a Hintro in two different ways.
1 - Once inside Bullhorn, it is possible to record a Hintro by clicking on the "Hintro" button (2) or by selecting a candidate in the candidate list (3).
2 - Proceeding by clicking on the "Hintro button" above will open the below screen, where it is possible to see audio and video settings (1), as well as the recording options available (2). To record yourself click "RECORD CAMERA" from the options below.
3 - You can now Name your Hintro (1). To start recording, select the option "START RECORDING"(2). Clicking BACK (3) will return you the previous screen.
4 - To stop recording press the "STOP RECORDING" button.
5 - Once you have stopped recording your Hintro you will see 2 options, as indicated below. You can submit your Hintro or record it again.
NOTE: Pressing "RECORD AGAIN" or "or click here to upload your own video" will automatically delete your recorded Hintro.
6 - Once pressed "SUBMIT", you can notice a progress bar indicating uploaded percentage. It is important to let it finish the process before proceeding with any other actions.
7 - Once the video is processed you will have access to a preview, edit and share options (1). You can also record a "New Hintro" (2). To return to Bullhorn you just need to press the button on the top of the page (3).
8 - Returning to Bullhorn, you can also record a Hintro by selecting the candidate. Click "Candidate List".
9 - Search for the candidate you desire to send a Hintro to in your candidate list.
10 - Once inside your candidate's page click the option "Hinterview" at the top.
11 - You are now inside Hinterview candidate's page. Click "Send Hintro To Candidate" and it will open Hintro recording options.
12 - Notice, the above actions are also recorded on the candidate's Notes.
