ryvr lets you set a minimum call length, so only calls that meet it are ingested into the platform from your VoIP system. Anything shorter is left out, keeping your recordings and notes down to what actually matters to your business.

Who It's For

Admin users on a connected VoIP integration who want to control which calls get ingested, filtering out short calls or bringing voicemails in as their own metric.

Setting Minimum Call Length for Ingestion

Steps

  1. Open company settings. Select your initials in the top right corner, then choose Company Settings.

  2. Go to Integrations. Find VoIP Settings under Integrations.

  3. Set your call limit. Enter the minimum length in minutes. Use 0 to include voicemails.

  4. Save. Select Save to apply it.

Tips

  • Requires an active VoIP integration.

  • You can come back and change the limit any time.

  • Set it to 0 if you want voicemails included.
