Overview

A shortlist groups several candidate profiles behind one branded link, so a client isn't juggling five separate links for one role.

Who It's For

Sharing multiple candidates for a role, with a prospect, or a bench of contractors.

Creating Shortlists

Steps

1. Start a shortlist — Shortlists > Create Shortlist.

2. Set the banner — A default applies automatically, or upload your own.

3. Name it — Replace “New Shortlist” with something specific.

4. Add a blurb — A short written introduction.

5. Add a video message — Optional. Select one from your library.

6. Add candidate profiles — Select Add Profile and repeat for each candidate.

7. Save — Select Save.

8. Preview — Check everything before sending.

9. Share — Select Copy Link, or Copy Link & Thumbnail for email.

Tips

  • Create candidate profiles first.

  • Added the wrong candidate? Delete and re-add.

  • A company's own LinkedIn banner tends to fit best.
