Overview

A clip is a short highlight taken from a call, video or audio, that you can reuse in a candidate profile, shortlist, portal or as a testimonial, instead of re-explaining what someone already said.

Who It's For

Anyone wanting to pull key moments from a conversation to showcase a candidate, client or testimonial.

Create & Share Clips

Steps

  1. Open the transcript — Go to the conversation and open its transcript.

  2. Find the moment — Use keyword search to jump to the part of the conversation you want.

  3. Highlight and clip — Highlight the text, then select the clip (film reel) icon.

  4. Name the clip — Give it a short, descriptive name, for example “Working with CTOs”.

  5. Repeat as needed — Create as many clips as you like from the same conversation.

  6. Share or reuse — Clips sit under the candidate or client's record automatically, ready to add to a sharing profile, shortlist or portal. Select Copy Link or Copy Link & Thumbnail to share one directly.

Tips

  • No limit on how many clips you create from one conversation.

  • Great for candidate specs, client testimonials, or sales content.

  • Clips group automatically under the right candidate or client, ready to reuse elsewhere.
