Overview
Exception rules stop the note taker joining specific calls, by meeting title or domain, so a sensitive conversation is never accidentally recorded.
Who It's For
Anyone excluding certain calls, for example, a client request or internal meetings.
Steps
Open exception rules — Settings > ryvr intel > Meeting Exception Rules.
Exclude by title — Enter a word or phrase, for example “all hands”.
Exclude by domain — Enter the domain to exclude, for example a client's.
Exclude internal meetings — Turn on the toggle.
Tips
Applies to future meetings only.
Set per user; colleagues need their own rules.
Keep title matches specific to avoid excluding the wrong meetings.
