Overview
The ryvr note taker joins your calls, records them, and turns each one into a transcript and intelligence pack automatically, so you're never writing up a call from memory. This article covers how to set it up.
Who It's For
Anyone setting up ryvr for the first time, once logged in.
Steps
Connect your calendar — Settings > Integrations. Connect Microsoft (Outlook and Teams) or Google.
Set recording mode — Settings > ryvr intel. Choose Speaker view (highlights whoever's talking) or Gallery view (everyone side by side).
Set exception rules — Add a domain or meeting title to keep the note taker off specific calls.
Set joining behaviour — Choose which meetings it joins by default; it starts out only joining meetings you've created.
Choose summary settings — Email intelligence packs to yourself, or send them straight to your CRM or VoIP system.
Check your dashboard — See upcoming meetings and toggle the note taker on or off for any of them.
Add it manually — Under ryvr intel, paste a meeting link to add the note taker to a call not on your calendar.
Tips
- It waits in the lobby; someone needs to admit it.
- Setting changes only apply to future meetings.
- Connect Microsoft before Outlook Calendar.
- Note taker not joining? Reconnect the integration in Settings > Integrations.
