Attaching a Hintel to a candidate record allows the video to be shared as part of a candidate profile.
To do this:
Open the Hintel video record
Open the Participants section
Add the relevant candidates Name and Email
If the candidate is new, Hinterview will create a record and attach the video to it.
If the candidate is known, Hinterview will attach the video to the existing record.
A success message will show to confirm
You can then go to the candidate record by clicking candidates name in either the header bar or in the participants section
The candidate record will then show the Hintel as a Hinterview, ready to be shared in a candidate profile
